What is a Sitz Bath (quick reminder)

Very simple.

You sit in warm water… only lower body area.

That’s it.

It helps in:

  • piles
  • fissure
  • after delivery
  • irritation

Now question is…

If you don’t want to use it… or can’t use it… what else can you do?


Alternative 1: Warm Water Pouring (Basic Method)

This is most common jugaad people do.

After toilet… they take warm water in mug and pour slowly.

What it does:

  • cleans the area
  • reduces irritation

But problem is…

Water doesn’t stay in contact long time.
