All products purchased from The Heal Company via Amazon come with a 10-day replacement guarantee.
If your Manual Sitz Bath Tub or Automatic Sitz Bath Tub arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, you are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost.
The 10-day window begins from the date the product is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner.
You can request a replacement through the marketplace for the following reasons:
Damage During Transit: If the tub is cracked or the electronic components of the Automatic version are damaged during shipping.
Manufacturing Defects: If the product fails to function as intended upon its first use.
Wrong Item Received: If you received a different model or color than the one you ordered.
Since your transaction was processed by a third-party platform, you must initiate the request through their system:

Go to your “Orders” section.
Find your order from The Heal Company and select “Return or Replace Items.”
